eFTI compliance in your TMS, without your own certification or gates
We are building an eFTI platform that connects to the national EU gates and goes through certification on your behalf. You integrate one API and SDK, and offer e-CMR, proof of delivery and pallet records to your customers under your own brand.
For TMS and ERP providers who do not want to build a gate integration in every country.

01 / FOR TMS DEVELOPERS
One integration instead of a gate in every country
eFTI compliance requires a certified platform, connections to national gates and maintenance of the eFTI data model. We are building that layer once, for all partners. You connect one API.

02 / WHAT YOU GET
An eFTI compliance layer and documents in one API
National eFTI gates, platform certification and the transport document workflow are on our side. Your TMS runs the process and sees one API.
EU eFTI gates through a single connection
Every EU country runs its own eFTI gate, and control authorities retrieve data through the network of those gates. eCMR Hub connects to the gates as an eFTI platform, so your system maintains no national integrations and no certification of its own.

Documents and proof of delivery
e-CMR, proof of delivery and pallet records in a single versioned document. Signatures, photos and recipient notes are stored with a history of who added them and when.

SDK and API under your brand
You connect the TypeScript SDK and REST API from the backend of your TMS or ERP. The interface, users and workflow stay yours, and customers see your brand.

OUR PLANNED WORKFLOW
01
Send
Send transport details from your TMS through the API. A versioned e-CMR document is created.
02
Share
The driver and other parties receive the document through a link and confirm delivery and pallet exchange.
03
Register
eCMR Hub is designed to register consignment identifiers in the eFTI gate and answer queries from control authorities across the EU.
04
Settle
Complete documentation with a change history is at hand for settlement and disputes.

Questions about gates, certification and integration
See what we take on, what is in preparation and how we plan to integrate with your system.
Do I have to integrate with the eFTI gate in every country myself?
No. In the eFTI model a platform connects to the gates, and control authorities retrieve data through the EU network of gates. eCMR Hub is meant to be that platform for your system: gate connections, the eFTI data model and certification are on our side. We are preparing the first test integrations with the Estonian eFTI TestBed and the Finnish Fintraffic gate.
Who is eCMR Hub for?
Primarily for TMS and ERP providers who want to give their customers eFTI compliance and digital transport documents without building their own platform.
Is eCMR Hub eFTI certified?
Not yet. The rules for certifying eFTI platforms are still being finalised at EU level. We are preparing integration with the gates' test environments. Technical testing and certification are separate stages; we do not claim certification or readiness for production eFTI data exchange.
Can I use the platform already?
We are developing the product and talking with partners. The sandbox supports documents, versions and events; eFTI gate exchange and qualified signatures are in preparation. We agree the scope and timing of pilots individually.
Do I need to change my TMS?
No. We are designing the SDK and API to integrate with existing TMS and ERP systems. Your system runs the process, and eCMR Hub handles the document and the gate connection.

CMR, e-POD, eFTI — what does it all mean?
Explore the terms, see practical examples and discover how documents connect to applications.
If you develop a TMS or ERP and your customers haul across EU borders, let's agree on one integration scenario: the document, the flow and the criterion for a successful trial.
